1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Lead Sniper ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Service
Lead Sniper aggregates publicly available job postings from Reddit and other platforms, uses AI to analyze opportunities, and delivers them to users based on their selected skills. We do not guarantee:
- Job placement or client acquisition
- Accuracy of budget estimates or job details
- Response rates from potential clients
- That any specific lead will result in paid work
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Use the service only for legitimate freelance opportunities
- Not scrape, copy, or redistribute our data
- Not abuse, spam, or harass clients found through our platform
- Comply with Reddit's Terms of Service when contacting users
- Not share your account with others
4. Subscription & Payment
Free Trial:
- New users receive Trial version for 2 days then limited access (5 leads visible)
- Trial converts to paid subscription upon upgrade
Paid Subscription:
- Monthly subscription: ₹99 INR or $4.99 USD (depending on region)
- Recurring billing unless cancelled
- Access to unlimited leads, filters, and direct messaging features
- Payment via UPI (India) or Dodo Payments (International)
Billing:
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly
- You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
- No partial refunds for unused subscription time
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these terms
- Engage in fraudulent payment activity
- Abuse the platform or spam clients
- Use automation/bots to scrape data
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, AI models, text, graphics, logos) are owned by Lead Sniper and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Lead Sniper is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy or completeness of lead data
- That the service will meet your specific needs
- Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
8. Limitation of Liability
Lead Sniper and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Lost income or business opportunities
- Damages arising from use or inability to use the service
- Third-party conduct (clients, Reddit users, etc.)
- Data loss or security breaches beyond our control
Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [India].
