• Push notification tokens

We DO NOT Collect:

• Credit card details (processed by Dodo Payments)
• Your Reddit account credentials
• Messages you send to clients
• Precise GPS location

• Deliver relevant job leads based on your skills
• Send push notifications for new opportunities
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Provide customer support

• Analyze usage patterns to enhance features

We NEVER:

• Share your contact info with clients without your action

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share data with:

• Supabase (Database & Auth): Stores your account, profile, and usage data. Security: End-to-end encryption, SOC 2 compliant.
• OpenRouter (AI Analysis): Processes job post text to extract role, budget, vibe. Does NOT receive your personal information.
• Dodo Payments (International Payments): Handles card transactions for non-India users. We receive only transaction status, not card details. PCI DSS compliant.
• Expo Push Notifications: Delivers job alerts to your device. Receives only push tokens, not personal data.

We DO NOT share data with:

• Advertisers or data brokers
• Social media platforms
• Reddit or any job platforms

4. Data Retention

• Active accounts: Data retained as long as account exists
• Cancelled subscriptions: Data retained for 90 days, then anonymized
• Deleted accounts: Personal data purged within 30 days (transaction records kept for legal compliance)

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data (email us)
• Correction: Update your profile in-app or request changes
• Deletion: Delete your account in Settings or contact support
• Opt-Out: Disable push notifications in device settings
• Portability: Request your data in machine-readable format

For EU/UK users (GDPR):

• Right to lodge a complaint with supervisory authority

For California users (CCPA):

• Right to know what data we collect
• Right to delete your data

We protect your data through Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), Encrypted password storage (bcrypt), Secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase), Regular security audits, and Access controls.

However: No system is 100% secure. Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available.

7. Children's Privacy

Lead Sniper is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us immediately.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in India (primary servers), United States (Supabase, OpenRouter), and EU (Supabase backup servers). We ensure adequate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.

9. Cookies & Tracking

We use Session cookies (keep you logged in) and Analytics (anonymous usage statistics). We DO NOT use Third-party advertising cookies, Social media tracking pixels, or Cross-site tracking.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

We'll notify you of material changes via Email, In-app notification, or by updating the date at the top of this policy. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
