Our Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with Lead Sniper. However, due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Eligibility
You MAY be eligible for a refund if:
- Technical issues prevented you from using the app for more than 48 hours
- You were charged incorrectly or double-billed
- Service was not delivered as described (e.g., no leads appeared in your feed)
- Request is made within 7 days of purchase
You are NOT eligible for a refund if:
- You changed your mind or found another service
- You didn't find suitable job opportunities (leads vary)
- Clients didn't respond to your applications
- You cancelled after 7 days of active use
- Your account was terminated for Terms violation
Refund Process
- Contact Support: Email leadsniperhelp@gmail.com with:
- Your registered email/phone
- Transaction ID / UPI Reference Number
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshots (if applicable)
- Review Period: We'll investigate within 3-5 business days.
- Decision: You'll receive email notification of approval/denial.
Processing Time:
- • UPI (India): 5-7 business days
- • Card/Dodo Payments: 7-10 business days
Partial Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for:
- Unused subscription time
- Cancellations mid-billing cycle
If you cancel, you retain access until the current billing period ends.
UPI Payment Verification
For UPI payments in India:
- Verification can take 24-48 hours
- If your transaction failed but money was deducted, refunds are automatic within 7 days
- Submit your UPI Transaction ID for faster processing
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Ineligibility for future service
- Legal action if fraudulent
